Folk Navy Gingham Check Shirt.
Based on the standard fitting shirt with shoulder patches on the back yoke, the shirt has 3/4 length placket with gently curved bottom edge.
Lower button holes are faced in plain cotton poplin and the bottom button has a distinctive 'Folk touch' with a rectangle shape facing.
