
All of the products on the Kiosk 78 site are authentic brands and are of the highest quality.
All our orders are checked thoroughly and packaged with due care before dispatch.
However, if you are unhappy with your goods we will happily issue a replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 7 working days of receipt, unworn, complete with all original tags, and in original and resalable condition. If an item is returned outside of 7 working days, we can only offer an exchange or credit note. Any item(s) we receive more than 28 days from the order date will not be accepted as a return. Please make sure you select an adequate delivery service to allow the package to be returned to us within the required period as stated above.
You must ensure that the goods are well packaged so that they are not damaged in the post on return. This includes no damage to any packaging related to the product. Please also make sure that the item is sent via a tracked / insured service as Kiosk 78 cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit on returns.
In the event of faulty goods, they may be returned to the manufacturer.

to state your Kiosk Order Number and include all your necessary personal details and the reason for your
return.
Please Note Refund timescales may vary so please allow 7 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.
