- Kiosk 78 mainly uses UK Mail Courier Service for UK deliveries and DHL Express for non UK deliveries ensuring the fastest and most reliable service available. All orders are fully trackable. Customers need to be present to sign for all our delivery choices. Customers will be sent tracking information once the item has been shipped. Please note, Kiosk 78 reserve the right to change postage methods when necessary.

For security purposes we can only deliver non EU orders to the purchasing cardholders address.
Please note that none of our couriers deliver on Saturdays. Any UK order placed between 12pm on Thursday and 12pm Friday will be processed and delivered the following Monday. Any orders from 12pm on Friday and over the weekend will be processed on Monday for pick-up by our courier that day.
UK - UK Mail Next Day Courier Service
Postage and Packing on all UK orders is charged at a flat rate of £4.95. We use UK Mail, an express courier service with next day delivery when an order is placed before 12pm on that day. Tracking will be emailed to you as soon as your item has been shipped.EUROPE - DHL Express - 2-5 working days (approx.)
Postage and Packing on all European orders is sent via DHL Express Mail. Shipping to Europe is typically £12.95 however you will received an individual shipping quote depending on the country we are shipping to. Tracking will be emailed to you as soon as your item has been shipped.USA - DHL Express -1-2 working days (approx.)
Postage and Packing on all US orders is sent via DHL Express Mail and charged at a flat rate of £19.95. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as the order is shipped.RUSSIA - Royal Mail International Signed For - 5-10 working days (approx.)

Postage and Packing on all Rest of the World orders is sent via DHL Express. You will receive an individual shipping quote depending on the country we are shipping to. Tracking will be emailed to you as soon as your item has been shipped.Please not the above timescales on all our shipping methods are only guidelines based on our experience. From time to time orders may arrive outside of the guidelines above, Kiosk 78 cannot be held responsible for any deliveries outside of the above timescales due to circumstances outside of our control.

From time to time we offer free shipping - when this promotion is in place, unfortunately for Non UK orders we require an order of £35 or above to qualify for free shipping.

Returns Policy-
All of the products on the Kiosk 78 site are authentic brands and are of the highest quality. All our orders are checked thoroughly and packaged with due care before dispatch. From time to time you may wish to return your item, please read carefully everything below outlining our returns policy.
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you are entitled to cancel your order within 7 working days of delivery for a full refund. To qualify for a full refund, you must notify us in writing or by email that you wish to cancel your order, clearly stating the order number and item you wish to return. This written notification must be received by Kiosk 78 within the 7 working day time-period. We cannot accept notification by telephone as an official intention to return.
If you do wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, please email us at returns@kiosk78.co.uk clearly stating your return intentions as well as the original order reference number. After you have notified us of your return, you will have a further 7 working days to ensure the return arrives back to Kiosk 78 in original condition, unworn and complete with all original tags and labels. Please note, if we receive an item back to our return address outside of the initial 7 working day period but within 28 days of receipt, without notification of return intention on your part, we cannot accept this item as a refund, instead you will be given a credit note to the full value. Any item received back outside of 28 days will not be accepted as a return and will be delivered back to the customer.
You must ensure that the goods are well packaged so that they are not damaged in the post on return. This includes no damage to any packaging related to the product. Please also make sure that the item is sent via a tracked / insured service as Kiosk 78 cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit on returns.
In the event of faulty goods, they may be returned to the manufacturer.
Please download and fill out the returns form below and enclose it with the return. This is available in Adobe Acrobat format.
Also please make sure you mark 'RETURNS' on the package as we cannot be held responsible for any Customs charges that occur during a return.
Kiosk 78 are not responsible for the cost of returning an item, however if your item returned was genuinely faulty or sent to you in error, we will reimburse you in full, including any shipping costs incurred by you.
Please note, with regarding exchanges, providing the returned item is in an acceptable condition to us, we will provide one exchange free of charge (no shipping fee). However, if the exhanged item again needs exchanging, we reserve the right to charge the full shipping amount again. Our policy of 1 free of charge exchange is not applicable when we are running a free shipping promotion - any exhange here will be charged for full shipping.

Payment Pricing & Promotions- We accept most major credit or debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express (online only), Maestro and Solo.
