- All orders are fully trackable. Customers need to be present to sign for all our delivery choices. Customers will be sent tracking information once the item has been shipped. Please note, Kiosk 78 reserve the right to change postage methods when necessary.

For security purposes we can only deliver non UK orders to the purchasing cardholders address.
Any UK order placed between 12pm on Thursday and 12pm Friday will be processed and delivered the following Monday. Any orders from 12pm on Friday and over the weekend will be processed on Monday for shipment that day.
UK - Royal Mail Signed For - 1-2 working days (approx.)
Postage and Packaging on all UK orders is charged at a flat rate of £3.95. We use Royal Mail Signed For, a speedy and reliable service that requires the customer to be present to sign for the delivery. Tracking will be emailed to you as soon as your item has been shipped.EUROPE - Royal Mail International Signed For - 5-7 working days (approx.)
All European orders are sent via Royal Mail International Signed For and requires the customer to provide a signature on delivery. Shipping to Europe is typically £12.95 however you will received an individual shipping quote depending on the country we are shipping to. Tracking will be emailed to you as soon as your item has been shipped.REST OF THE WORLD - Royal Mail International Signed For - 7-10 working days (approx.)
All Rest of the World orders are sent via Royal Mail International Signed For and requires the customer to provide a signature on delivery. You will receive an individual shipping quote depending on the country we are shipping to. Tracking will be emailed to you as soon as your item has been shipped.
Please note the above timescales on all our shipping methods are only guidelines based on our experience. From time to time orders may arrive outside of the guidelines above, Kiosk 78 cannot be held responsible for any deliveries outside of the above timescales due to circumstances outside of our control.
Kiosk 78 is not responsible for any additional Customs charges that you may incur when delivered to your country.If you have any particular shipping preference other than the methods stated above, please email us at help@kiosk78.co.uk with your order reference and requirements and we will try and accommodate your request as best we can.

Payment Pricing & Promotions- We are now only accepting debit card transactions, any purchase made using a credit card will be cancelled and refunded straight back. The payments on this site are processed by a third party payment processor for security reasons. We also use secure socket layer technology (ssl).
